It is our mission that we want you to enjoy a pure high quality coffee
experience, that we educate about coffee and about its delicious tasting
notes. Therefore we take a stand and don’t tamper your coffee with
sugar. We have premium hand picked coffee beans which are carefully
processed and roasted, the coffee itself tastes fruity and sweet and
doesn't need any sugar. That way you can taste the coffees natural
flavours.
Milkless*
No milk in filter coffee ,ibrik and Tea: The pursuit of a high quality coffee
experience is also the reason that we have decided to serve hand brewed
coffee and ibrik only without milk, because it breaks our hearts when
milk is added to a beautiful light roasted filter coffee and ruins all
the aroma. Instead, we chose to highlight the tasting notes while
serving it only pure as it is.
No spoons
Drinks with milk: the micro foam milk is well mixed with the creamy espresso so there is no need to stir with a spoon.
Drinks
without milk: we use our unique hand made Ancap 8oz for serving
espresso. Before we serve you espresso we make sure that there are no
bubbles and we sway the espresso - so no need for spoons to break the
crema. You can easily break it thanks to our special cup.
